Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, engaging them in conversations and encouraging them to receive a quote for home and auto insurance.
• Relationship Building: Use phone, text, and email to connect with potential clients and build trust quickly.
• Information Gathering: Ask the right questions to collect all necessary data to complete quote forms accurately.
• Data Entry: Enter detailed information into our quoting systems to initiate the quote process—accuracy and consistency are key.
• Follow-Up: Track open leads and maintain consistent communication until the quoting process is completed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service team to ensure smooth transitions and excellent client experiences.

Requirements:
• Experience: Prior experience in customer outreach, call-based marketing, or insurance is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong attention to detail.
• Technical: Comfortable with CRM tools, web forms, email, and basic data entry platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Insurance background is helpful, but we’ll train the right person. No license required.
