Technology Operations Specialist

The Technology Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure, user support systems, and enterprise application platforms at DEPM. This position blends system administration, helpdesk management, and Yardi platform support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities - Helpdesk Management & User Support

  • Oversee the Helpdesk mailbox and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to office and remote users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote tools and in-person support.

System Administration

  • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) via Microsoft Azure EntraID.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device deployment and Universal Print for printer management.
  • Maintain and monitor virtual servers to ensure system health and performance.

Security & Compliance

  • Collaborate with the DE SOC team to address security alerts and incidents.
  • Administer Microsoft Defender and Mimecast for endpoint and email security.

Communication & Collaboration Tools

  • Manage RingCentral user provisioning and profile maintenance.
  • Support Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).

Yardi Administration

  • Provide user support for Yardi 7S, including onboarding/offboarding, property and bank account setup, and ledger updates.
  • Resolve support tickets and assist with database configuration.

Project Leadership

  • Lead or contribute to IT initiatives such as:
    • RingCentral rollout
    • Windows 11 deployment
    • Change Management processes
