Position Summary:
This is a high-impact role for anyone eager to take ownership of all things marketing at SFE. You’ll work directly with the CEO and be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, maintaining our Shopify website, and developing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the SFE website (Shopify), ensuring optimal UX and product merchandising
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo
Launch and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Develop performance reports and insights across marketing channels
Monitor customer trends, conversion rates, and funnel performance
Create marketing content and landing pages in coordination with the sales calendar
Collaborate with the CEO on branding, promotions, and strategic initiatives
Assist with general sales enablement and customer acquisition efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (preferred)
Self-starter with strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and writing ability
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
