Chartwell consultants embed ourselves at client sites Monday – Thursday to work with client teams to deliver step-change improvements in performance. This means spending time on the shop floor rather than just behind a computer, as well as working with people and machines to figure out what the real problems are – and how you’re going to fix them.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Results–oriented individual
- Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills
- Strong personal initiative and bias for action
- Desire to constantly learn new skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites Mon – Thurs of each week, and attendance at all company events held in Boston (at least twice a month)
