As a Remote Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you’ll meet virtually with union families (pre-screened, no cold calling), explain available benefits, and assist with enrollments. Your earnings grow with the number of families you help - first-year averages range from $90K–$120K, with top performers exceeding $150K+.

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with families who request benefits
- Present and explain benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide families through a simple enrollment process
- Follow compliance guidelines
- Build a long-term book of business for residual income
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Full-time commitment (25–40+ hours weekly)
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
- Must reside within the United States
