Role Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating group business that enhances the overall success of the resort. This role will primarily focus on generating group opportunities within the SMERF and Corporate segments, as well as building relationships with local businesses and community partners. A strong presence in the community-through networking, events, and professional engagement-will be key to success

The Ideal Candidate

  • A natural relationship-builder with enthusiasm and commitment to establishing a strong presence in the community and authentically represent Brasada Ranch.
  • Experienced in group sales within hospitality, with knowledge of SMERF and Corporate segments.
  • Comfortable balancing proactive sales efforts with on-property client engagement.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, eager to contribute to a dynamic sales team while also working independently.
  • Passionate about delivering memorable experiences that reflect Brasada's brand.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Skills / Traits

  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality sales or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with confidence using technology and reporting tools.
  • Experience with independent or boutique hospitality properties, particularly in the Pacific Northwest, is a plus.
