What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound donor calls
  • Accurately log call details and donor information
  • Deliver friendly, professional support
  • Share program information as needed
  • Consistently meet performance benchmarks

What You’ll Need:

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months remote or 1 year on-site experience
  • Solid communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Quiet home setup and flexible schedule
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Background check is required

Technology Requirements:

  • Windows 11 ONLY – No Chromebooks or Apple
  • 16 GB RAM computer is preferred
  • Dual monitors (optional during application)
  • Noise-canceling USB headset (optional during application)
  • Hardwired internet connection (optional during application)
