Physical Therapist
About the Position:
This position provides therapy services, including evaluation and assessment, individualized interventions, education, treatment planning, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team committed to optimal clinical outcomes, under the direction of the referring physician.
What we are looking for:
Education and Experience:
- Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy educational program. BA/BS, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate from Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Licensed by the State of Minnesota Board of Medical Practice in Physical Therapy.
- BLS/CPR certification.
