The Role:
The Marketing Lead Specialist in Charlotte will play a key role in generating leads and supporting brand awareness efforts. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thinking strategically, and contributing to a results-driven marketing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with potential customers and generate quality leads
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Track and report daily activity, leads, and appointments
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve team goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, marketing, or similar roles preferred
- Comfortable working independently and staying goal-oriented
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, or retail background is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Personal mobile phone
- Availability to work Saturdays
