Project Manager
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for both lead generation and sales, as well as managing the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are comfortable with door knocking, relationship building, and personal brand marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door knocking in assigned areas
- Educate homeowners on restoration and remodeling services
- Conduct property inspections and assessments with training provided
- Write and prepare accurate project estimates based on inspections, measurements, and project scope
- Present estimates, proposals, and project solutions to homeowners
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Manage the customer relationship from contract through completion
- Follow up with prospects, clients, and referrals
- Market yourself and Pegasus Restoration through social media platforms
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in company systems
Qualifications:
- No experience required, training is provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to door knock
- Comfortable promoting yourself and your work on social media
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
