  • Cisco VoIP Call Manager
  • CACTI, Elastic Search, ITM, OpenNMS, nGenius
  • McAfee, MVISION, NetScout, SCOM, UTR
  • StruxureWare, SecureWorks WAF (WAN App Firewall)
  • Wireshark, WebCTRL
• Experience with WiFi (802.11) deployments
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco controller-based wireless and Meraki technologies
