Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Alexander Counseling Center is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our growing, trauma-informed group practice for an in-person, office-based role in Medford, Oregon. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful client work, strong administrative support, and a sustainable work-life balance.

Position Overview

Status: Full-time (25 clinical hours per week)

Format: In-person, office-based

Caseload: Approximately 22–25 client sessions per week

Population: Adults (with opportunities to specialize based on interest and training)

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $60,000–$70,000, depending on caseload

Performance-based year-end bonus

Required Qualifications

Active Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)

Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy

Strong clinical documentation skills

Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with trauma-informed approaches (e.g., EMDR, ERP, CBT)

Interest in professional growth, collaboration, and ongoing learning
