Glenmary Home Missioners seeks an enthusiastic, mission-centered fundraising professional to serve as a champion and ambassador for our ministry. This position prioritizes the cultivation and stewardship of donor relationships to generate sustainable revenue through major gifts and planned giving programs.

The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on experience in nonprofit development, familiarity with planned giving vehicles, and a genuine passion for connecting with donors. This role requires some travel to meet supporters in person to deepen relationships and advance Glenmary’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with major gift and planned giving donors
• Develop and implement strategies to grow major gifts and planned giving revenue
