Who we are looking for:

We are expanding. We are looking for an experienced therapist to lead our Nashua clinic. We are looking for a dynamic person who will promote our OPT brand by treating patients like family.

Do you have great clinical skills or looking to enhance your manual skills? Owner, Jason, trained at the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and will mentor our new team member for 1-2 hours per week.

Your Role

As Clinic Director you will provide patient care, support clinic leadership in managing daily operations, and foster a collaborative team environment. Specific responsibilities include:

• Staff Management
• Manage and supervise clinical and administrative staff, including physical therapists, assistants, rehab aides, and front office personnel
• Participate in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Conduct annual staff performance reviews, provides ongoing feedback, and mentors staff for high performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for staff
• Prepare and lead regular clinic staff meetings, maintaining an open-door policy for staff input and addressing concerns

• Patient Care
• Maintain a full and productive caseload while delivering high-quality, individualized patient care
• Engage with patients to address any concerns or feedback, coordinating with leadership to resolve issues when necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and referral sources to enhance patient experiences and promote clinic services

• Administrative
• Support financial management activities, including budgeting and resource allocation, to optimize business performance
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing overall clinic success

• Clinic Operations and Management
• Foster a welcoming, professional environment for patients, staff, healthcare providers, and visitors
• Manages clinic schedules, prioritizing patient convenience and therapy frequency
• Monitor and maintain clinic equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness to support a safe treatment environment
• Track clinic performance metrics, including weekly visits, units per visit, and cancellation rates
• Actively participate in community outreach, marketing, and program development, promoting OPT's mission and engaging with local events and initiatives
