Pelvic Health Physical or Occupational Therapist
Location: Somers, CT and Long Island, NY (Lindenhurst)
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time

Let’s be honest for a moment…
If you’re a pelvic health PT/OT who:
- Feels rushed, overbooked, or burnt out
- Wants more time to actually think and treat, not just survive the day
- Knows pelvic health is more than kegels and checklists
- Craves mentorship, collaboration, and clinical depth
- Wants to feel proud of the care you deliver — and still have energy when you go home
…you might feel very at home at Pelvic Connections.
About Pelvic Connections PT
Pelvic Connections is a specialty pelvic health physical therapy clinic built on the belief that exceptional care happens when clinicians are supported, trusted, and given the time and space to do their best work.
We are a cash-based, out-of-network clinic, which means:
- We work for our patients — not insurance companies
- We treat the whole person, not just a diagnosis
- We prioritize connection, curiosity, and clinical reasoning
Our clinic serves a diverse population across the lifespan — pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, athletes, perimenopause and menopause, men's health, and complex chronic conditions — all through a whole-body, biopsychosocial lens.
This Role Is Different — Here’s Why
As a Pelvic Health Therapist at Pelvic Connections, you will:
- Treat patients one-on-one for full 60-minute sessions
- See a reasonable, sustainable caseload so you can provide thoughtful, individualized care
- Work in a calm, beautifully designed space that supports nervous-system regulation — for clients and clinicians
- Practice pelvic health physical therapy that integrates:
- Orthopedics and full-body assessment
- Manual therapy and movement
- Education, nervous system regulation, and behavior change
- Have protected time for mentorship, case discussion, and skill development
- Be part of a highly collaborative team that genuinely supports one another
What You’ll Do
- Provide 60-minute, one-on-one care with no double booking and a sustainable caseload that allows you to be fully present and still have energy at the end of the day
- Work with motivated patients across the lifespan, supporting them in returning to movement, activity, and daily life with confidence
- Practice in a cash-based, out-of-network model, giving you the freedom to focus on care — not insurance-driven constraints
- Use an AI Documentation system, making notes a breeze
- Treat the full spectrum of care, from symptom relief to rebuilding strength, capacity, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate within a supportive, growth-oriented team that values curiosity, clinical reasoning, and shared learning
- Receive consistent one-on-one and team mentorship and protected time for skill development, regardless of experience level
- Use your expertise and creativity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the people you serve — the reason you became a PT in the first place
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t have to check every box — we care more about how you think and how you show up.
We’re excited about clinicians who:
- Are new grads, seasoned clinicians, or anything in between
- Are genuinely interested in pelvic health and whole-body care
- Value connection, curiosity, and reflective practice
- Want mentorship and are open to growth
- Enjoy working as part of a thoughtful, collaborative team
Pelvic health experience is a plus — but we also value clinicians who are deeply motivated to learn and grow.
Why Clinicians Choose Pelvic Connections
- 60-minute, one-on-one care
- Cash-based model = clinical freedom
- Strong mentorship and ongoing education
- A culture that values sustainability, not burnout
- Leadership that listens, supports, and invests in its team
- The ability to build a long-term, meaningful career — not just hold a job
We offer a salary for our full-time positions and an hourly rate for our part-time positions.
A Final Note
We believe physical and occupational therapy can be intellectually fulfilling, emotionally sustainable, and deeply meaningful — all at the same time.
