Job Title
We are hiring our first Dallas-based Growth Marketer. This is a 90-day contract role ($4,000/month) with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for:
- Someone wants real responsibilities and an opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing team
- Someone who prefers building over spectating
- Someone who thrives in the unknown and leads with a bias towards action
- Someone comfortable doing both strategic thinking and unglamorous execution
- Someone who wants proximity to founders and real ownership
If you are looking for a safe, narrow corporate marketing job, this is not the right role.
What You’ll Actually Do
You will operate across four areas:
B2B Growth (35%)
- Build and optimize corporate catering pipeline
- Develop prospect lists, outreach assets, and simple systems
- Track conversion metrics and improve close rates
Sales Rep Recruiting (25%)
- Build a local recruiting funnel for B2B sales reps
- Run grassroots sourcing campaigns across DFW
- Develop repeatable recruiting processes
Demand Generation & Distribution (25%)
- Build local demand loops (campus, office parks, events)
- Test offers and measure conversion; Launch experiments and kill what doesn’t work
- Create scrappy social media content that drives transactions and brand growth
Delivery Optimization (15%)
- Improve DoorDash/Uber performance
- Run pricing, placement, and promotion experiments
You must be Dallas-based and willing to visit stores and customers when needed.
How You’ll Be Measured (First 90 Days)
- Increase B2B inbound inquiries
- Build a repeatable sales rep recruiting funnel
- Improve delivery channel performance
- Launch at least 3 measurable growth experiments
- Document a growth playbook
Compensation
- $4,000/month
- 3-month 1099 contract
- Full-time conversion possible after 90 days
- Expanded responsibility and upside for strong performers
Requirements
- Based in Dallas–Fort Worth
- Demonstrated history of building something (club, project, business, side hustle, growth experiment)
- High self-direction and comfort with ambiguity
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and simple financial models
- Willingness to execute in the field and be in our stores, not just sitting at home behind a laptop
- Ability to run experiments without being told what to do
Selection Process
We do not hire from resumes alone.
Applicants must:
- Pick one store location. In a 60 second video submission, outline a specific experiment you would run in the first 30 days to increase local catering revenue — including how you would measure success.
- Interview directly with the founders.
- Complete a short practical growth assignment.
This role is not for someone who wants to “manage a brand.”
It is for someone who wants to test ideas, move revenue, and build systems in a live operating business.
If you want responsibility and growth, apply.
If you want comfort and structure, this role will frustrate you.
