Compensation: $19–$22 per hour (may be higher based on experience)

We specialize in customized computer systems, assistive technology solutions, and training services for disabled veterans and state rehabilitation clients.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to configure customized computer systems and assistive technology solutions based on each client’s specific needs. This role focuses on preparing equipment for delivery to disabled veterans and state rehabilitation clients nationwide.
The ideal candidate is technically inclined, organized, and motivated to ensure every system is properly set up, tested, and ready for shipment. This position offers valuable real-world experience in hardware configuration, assistive technology, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize computer systems according to individual client specifications
- Install operating systems, required software, and assistive technology applications
- Set up and test hardware components (monitors, adaptive devices, peripherals, etc.)
- Ensure all systems meet quality and functionality standards before shipment
- Prepare, package, and label equipment accurately for shipping
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Maintain organized inventory of equipment and components
- Document configurations and maintain accurate setup records
- Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to ensure client requirements are met
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college student working on getting Bachelor's
- Associate's or Bachelor's preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, general technology knowledge)
- Interest in public sector sales, government contracting, or assistive technology
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
