Job Description

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in model development, data pipelines, and productionizing AI/ML applications in cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that drive data-driven insights and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference.

Develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.

Implement predictive analytics, forecasting, and recommendation systems.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.

Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.

Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and large-scale data handling.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and machine learning concepts.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or deep learning frameworks.

Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
