The U.S. Geological Survey is seeking a motivated Student Contractor with strong skills in communication and science outreach to support work on transboundary watershed science in our Helena, Montana office. Transboundary watersheds are shared across International borders and require clear, credible communication to support sound decision-making. You’ll help bridge science and stakeholders while contributing to work with real environmental and societal impact. We are looking for someone who will be graduating May/June 2026 or within one year of graduation and the contract could extend up to two years. Choice of offices would be Missoula, Helena, or Bozeman.
