The Role
As a veterinarian on our team, you’ll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Performing general and soft tissue surgeries as well as dentistry
- Guiding pet owners on wellness and preventive health
- Collaborating with your team to build an efficient, positive, and patient-centered clinic

- Daytime or evening shifts depending on hospital needs and your preferences

Final clinic placement is determined based on candidate preference, experience, and current hospital needs to ensure a strong and sustainable fit.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DOE, plus daily production-based bonus opportunities
- Sign-on bonus: $20K

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
- Active CA veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in general practice, surgery, and dentistry preferred — but new graduates encouraged to apply
