The Role
As a veterinarian on our team, you’ll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to our patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and treating medical conditions
  • Performing general and soft tissue surgeries as well as dentistry
  • Guiding pet owners on wellness and preventive health
  • Collaborating with your team to build an efficient, positive, and patient-centered clinic

  • Daytime or evening shifts depending on hospital needs and your preferences

Opportunities are currently available across several Southern California locations, including:

  • Port Hueneme

  • Santa Ana
  • Orange

Final clinic placement is determined based on candidate preference, experience, and current hospital needs to ensure a strong and sustainable fit.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DOE, plus daily production-based bonus opportunities
  • Sign-on bonus: $20K
  • Student loan assistance & relocation support

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
  • Active CA veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in general practice, surgery, and dentistry preferred — but new graduates encouraged to apply
