When working as the Client Service Representatives on the sales team, you will assist customers through the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building meaningful relationships. The Client Service Representatives will support the sales team and provide a positive customer experience while driving the success of our company!
What you will do as the Client Service Representative:
- Support current and new customers through the sales process, delivering accurate information on the products and services we offer while providing excellent customer service
- Record daily sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor sales performance and track customer retention
- Professionally respond to customer complaints, concerns, or questions, offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet daily with the sales team and other Client Service Representative team members to improve customer service and drive sales performance
- Support other Client Service Representative team members in boosting sales and improving customer service, working towards a leadership role
What we look for in the Client Service Representative:
- Previous experience in Client Service Representative, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
- Willing to work in-person in a field-based sales/support environment
- Effective leadership skills to train and mentor other Client Service Representative team members
