General Contractor Project Engineer/Manager

C. T. Brayton and Sons, Inc. (CTB) is aggressively seeking a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management. Candidate will be required to utilize skills learned in Estimating, Planning and Scheduling and Project Management. Candidate will initially work very closely with Project Manager. Duties will include providing support for the Project Manager by working with Project Superintendent in maintaining schedules, RFI’s and Change Orders, Subcontractor Coordination and Submittals. Half of the time is typically spent in the field and the other half is spent in the office. Professional interaction with the client (owner), Architect, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Subcontractors is required. Our goal is to develop a skilled Project Manager. We offer an aggressive salary to the right candidate with auto and gas, health insurance, 401(k).
