Operations & Systems Analyst (New Business Launch)

Location: Palm Coast, Florida | In-Office
Reports To: CEO / Executive Team
Employment Type: Full-Time

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We Sell Restaurants is the nation’s leading restaurant brokerage franchise, and we are launching a new business vertical that will expand our platform, data, and service offerings.

This role is not traditional accounting.

We are looking for someone who can work with data, systems, and workflows while also owning execution. You will play a central role in organizing information, building processes, and driving the implementation of this new vertical from concept through launch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Systems & Data Management

  • Work across platforms such as CRM systems, reporting tools, and internal databases to organize and maintain business data
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems used for transactions, reporting, and operations
  • Build and maintain structured workflows that support the new business vertical
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making

Project Management & Implementation

  • Own the project plan for launching the new business vertical from start to finish
  • Break down initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met
  • Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep execution moving forward
  • Drive accountability by following up on deliverables and ensuring completion

Process Development

  • Help design and improve internal processes for tracking deals, revenue, and performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
  • Build repeatable systems that can scale across a national platform
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to ensure data flows correctly across the organization
  • Support onboarding of new tools, systems, or workflows tied to the new vertical
  • Assist in special projects tied to growth and expansion

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field (Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or similar)
  • 1–3 years of experience working with data, systems, operations, or project coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, or multi-step initiatives
  • Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and learning new tools quickly
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with CRM or analytics platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho
  • Exposure to project management tools or structured planning methods
  • Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or process rollouts
