Our client, a leader in the vacation industry is hiring - join the team as a Customer Service Rep – starting at $17–$19/hr + weekly bonuses.

- $17–$19 per hour + weekly bonuses
- Full-time, in-office positions with consistent schedules
Schedules Available
- Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Nights: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekends: Saturday – Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with guests to assist with bookings and reservations
- Assist with planning trips and guiding guests on destinations and dates
- Build product knowledge to confidently provide expert assistance
- Follow proven scripts to highlight value, overcome objections, and drive urgency
- Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and outstanding service while meeting goals
What We're Looking For
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service, leadership, or sales experience is a plus, but not required!
- Must be 18 years or older
