Role: SailPoint Developer
Experience: 3–10 Years
Location: USA (Remote)

Overview:
Looking for a SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to build and support secure, scalable identity solutions across enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
  • Configure workflows, rules, roles, and access certifications
  • Handle user lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise and cloud applications
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM processes
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements

Technical Skills:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
  • Java / Beanshell scripting
  • IAM concepts (RBAC, SSO, MFA, provisioning)
  • LDAP, Active Directory
  • SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP APIs
  • SQL & database fundamentals

Nice to Have:

  • SailPoint certifications
  • Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, GDPR)
  • Experience with DevOps & CI/CD

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-driven and remote work capability
  • Attention to detail
