Cloud Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to help maintain, monitor, and support our cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Role Overview

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our cloud infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and maintain systems running across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-time problems and working with cloud-based systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Work On

  • Monitor and support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, deployments, and system performance
  • Assist in managing compute, storage, networking, and security configurations
  • Support application deployments and environment setups in cloud platforms
  • Work with backend and DevOps teams to identify and fix production issues
  • Maintain system uptime and ensure high availability of services
  • Analyze logs, alerts, and metrics to proactively identify issues
  • Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting steps
  • Assist in implementing best practices for cloud security and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in cloud support, system administration, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP) — experience with multiple is a strong plus
  • Understanding of cloud services such as compute, storage, networking, and IAM
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues in cloud environments
  • Basic understanding of APIs, web services, and system architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    Nice to Have
  • Experience working across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, etc.)
  • Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices
