Remote Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our Plumbing company’s operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to inventory, sales, shipments, and customer orders. This fully remote position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
* Maintain records of inventory, customer orders, invoices, and shipments
* Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed
* Process purchase orders and track deliveries
* Assist with monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
* Generate reports for internal teams and management
* Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
* Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus)
* Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
* Strong typing skills with high accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
