- Source and build pipelines of IT candidates using job boards
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and fit
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing accordingly
- Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates
- Submit qualified profiles with complete documentation
- Track activity and maintain data in ATS
- Support offer rollout and onboarding process
- Ensure compliance and high-quality submissions
