Client Support Specialist

We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team remotely. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, handling inquiries, assisting with transactions, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. No previous experience in crypto? No problem! We’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What We’re Looking For

Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping people and resolving issues.

Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized and accurately track client transactions and interactions.

Basic Crypto Knowledge: Some awareness of cryptocurrency, exchanges, and digital assets is a plus, but we’ll teach you the rest.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms, and the ability to work with a laptop and phone.

Adaptability: A willingness to learn and follow clear procedures to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
