About Rayzher

Founded in 2007, Rayzher is a specialized engineering firm delivering sub-fab and facility solutions for the semiconductor industry. With approximately 300 employees and operations across Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and the United States, Rayzher supports global semiconductor manufacturers with high-reliability engineering services.

Rayzher Technology USA was established in 2025 to support the rapid expansion of semiconductor manufacturing in the United States. Leveraging proven experience in advanced fabrication environments, Rayzher provides precision engineering, installation, and system integration services for some of the world’s leading semiconductor facilities.

 

The Role

We are seeking a motivated early-career professional to support our sales activities in the U.S. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to support business development, project coordination, and client relationship management. This role provides direct exposure to semiconductor manufacturers and general contractors. Occasional travel may be required (3-5 days per quarter).

 

Responsibilities

  • Support relationship management with existing and potential clients through regular communication and coordination
  • Track project and order status, including cost estimation, quotation preparation, and follow-up on client requests
  • Assist with pricing, contract coordination, and payment tracking
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, project data, and internal documentation
  • Maintain and update internal systems, including ERP and project tracking tools
  • Coordinate internal resources and support project execution activities
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues or delays
  • Support customer satisfaction and assist in handling client feedback or concerns
  • Participate in occasional domestic and international business travel as needed
  • Present company services and support business development efforts
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support business strategy

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software
  • Ability to work onsite at our Phoenix, AZ office

 

Preferred

  • Degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Internship or prior experience in sales, operations, or project coordination
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or semiconductor-related industries
  • Exposure to technical or B2B sales environments
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Experience with ERP systems or data tracking tools
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation or quoting processes
