Job Overview
We are building AI-powered systems to transform how we monitor program performance, and scale innovative solutions. The Technical Intern will support the design and prototyping of AI agents, data pipelines, and automation workflows that drive efficiency and real-time insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support data aggregation and integration across multiple systems and sources.
Design and prototype AI agents and automation workflows to streamline business processes.
Assist in developing dashboards and visualization tools for program and performance monitoring.
Build and maintain data pipelines and models to enable structured, usable data.
Contribute to the development of AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Document technical solutions, workflows, and system designs.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with Python, APIs, or similar technologies
Interest in AI/ML and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a builder mindset
Success in This Role:
Develop functional tools and prototypes adopted by internal teams
Reduce manual processes through automation
Deliver insights that improve speed and decision-making
Build scalable, reusable technical solutions
This is an 8-week, summer internship opportunity.
Candidates need to be able to work at least 32 hours per week.

The hourly pay range for this internship is $18–$25 per hour. This range represents the expected compensation for this role; actual pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
