The Cybersecurity Specialist Training Program is designed to prepare you for a customer-facing cybersecurity role (such as Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, or Technical Consultant) with one of our partner organizations. You will be a full-time employee from day one, earning a salary and benefits while completing structured training and gaining real-world skills.
After completing the training program, you will be placed with a partner company and continue your career with ongoing mentorship, training, and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
• Participate in a structured cybersecurity and technical training program
• Learn cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, and security technologies
• Develop customer-facing skills such as presentations, product demos, and technical communication
• Work on hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios
• Collaborate with peers and mentors in an in-person environment
• Prepare for placement into a cybersecurity role with a partner organization
• Continue growing post-placement through ongoing mentorship, upskilling, and career support
