This role focuses on building relationships with artists, managers, and industry professionals, introducing them to our services, and positioning our company as a trusted, non-intrusive growth partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and connect with emerging and established artists, managers, and music industry professionals
- Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships within the music community
- Clearly communicate our service offerings, including recording, marketing, merchandising, and video production
- Represent the company at industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities
- Develop outreach strategies to attract high-potential talent and clients
- Track outreach efforts, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
- Stay informed on music industry trends, talent movements, and market opportunities
