What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists
Introduce our company’s services in a clear and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and determine whether they are a qualified lead
Schedule appointments or transfer interested prospects to the sales team
Record call notes and update lead status in the CRM system
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to customer responses
Meet weekly and monthly call/lead targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and a confident phone presence
- Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and goal‑oriented
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus, but not required
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is helpful
