About the Role:
As a Recruiting Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment team, supporting both our Account Manager and Recruiter in fulfilling staffing needs. Your role will focus on sourcing top talent, conducting thorough vetting and credentialing processes, coordinating clinician schedules, and ensuring seamless payroll operations. This is a dynamic position that requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
- Source candidates and support recruiting efforts via our ATS
- Assist with interviews, onboarding, and record management
- Support weekly payroll reconciliation
- Help promote our brand through local marketing initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- Recruiting/admin experience
- Strong Excel/Word skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Healthcare background or certification (CNA, CMA) is a plus
