Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and qualified Preschool Teacher and Assistant to facilitate play-based learning and support the developmental needs of our children. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates in Child Development to apply theoretical knowledge in a hands-on, nurturing classroom setting.

Responsibilities

Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities focusing on play-based learning and social-emotional development.

Maintain a safe, healthy classroom environment in accordance with Title 22 and NAEYC standards.

Foster positive, ongoing partnerships with families through professional communication.

Collaborate with the team on curriculum refinement and classroom environment planning.

Qualifications

Completion of (or currently enrolled in) 12+ Early Childhood Education (ECE/CD) units.

Passion for early childhood development and inclusive education.

Reliable, creative, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
