Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Webinars & Campaigns)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Preferrable)

Location: New Jersey / Dallas

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through webinars, marketing campaigns, and outbound sales activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns including webinars, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and manage webinar registrations, follow-ups, and attendee engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on lead generation effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience in managing webinars and marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
