Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Job Description

A Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Maintain and update general ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices and process payroll

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Microsoft Excel)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
