Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files for easy access and reporting.

- Support onboarding processes and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello).
