Line Cook
Royal Eats Brunch & Dinner is seeking a dependable, fast-paced, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food quality, understands the importance of consistency and cleanliness, and can perform efficiently during high-volume brunch and dinner service.
This role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-moving kitchen environment while maintaining food presentation and safety standards.
Expected Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations before service begins
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking supplies
- Properly label, date, and store food products
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle busy brunch and dinner rushes while maintaining ticket times
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

- Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, and grill line cooking

- Experience with flat-top grills, fryers, sauté stations, and egg cooking preferred
