Royal Eats Brunch & Dinner is seeking a dependable, fast-paced, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food quality, understands the importance of consistency and cleanliness, and can perform efficiently during high-volume brunch and dinner service.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-moving kitchen environment while maintaining food presentation and safety standards.

Expected Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations before service begins
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
  • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and restocking supplies
  • Properly label, date, and store food products
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Handle busy brunch and dinner rushes while maintaining ticket times
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, and grill line cooking

  • Experience with flat-top grills, fryers, sauté stations, and egg cooking preferred
