Research Technician II

A Research Technician II is available at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, in my laboratory The successful candidate will develop and execute a variety of experiments, in vivo mouse infection studies, histological processing and imaging, and microbiology techniques. Additionally, the Research Technician II will be responsible for completing administrative tasks as detailed below.

The activities of the Research Technician II will consist of:

Mice: maintaining the mouse colony, drug treatment, breeding and genotyping, and sample harvesting

Histology (sample preparation)

Microscopy imaging
