Entry-Level Recruiter / Office Administrator

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in recruiting, office management, and social media branding.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
  • Assist with onboarding and hiring paperwork
  • Support daily office administrative tasks
  • Help organize team meetings, events, and office operations
  • Assist with company social media content and recruiting posts
  • Help build company culture and team engagement
  • Maintain candidate and employee records

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, or social media experience is a plus but not required
