Senior Manager, Business Operations

A rapidly growing AI-driven consumer technology company in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead the launch and scaling of new product lines. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys turning early-stage ideas into revenue-generating businesses.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning products from concept to launch while working closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.
 

Role:

🚀 Lead the incubation and launch of new business verticals from 0-to-1
📊 Conduct market research, customer analysis, and business performance evaluations
🧠 Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable operational strategies
🛠️ Build prototypes, test product ideas, and drive rapid iteration cycles
🤝 Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and executives
📈 Analyze funnels, experiments, and KPIs to improve product performance and growth
🏗️ Help build and scale teams around newly launched business lines
⚡ Own projects end-to-end with a strong execution-focused mindset
 

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth startups
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on data analysis experience
✅ Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
✅ Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-oriented
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Comfortable working directly with executives and leadership teams
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products and businesses
✅ MBA or equivalent experience preferred
