Guest Services Intern - X Games Xpert
X Games Sacramento is looking for energetic, people-first students to join our Guest Services intern team as X Games Xperts. This is a hands-on, front-of-house role at one of the most recognized action sports events in the world. X Games Xperts serve as the primary point of contact for fans, sponsors, and athletes, and play a central role in how the event runs on the ground.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be visible, active, and essential from the moment gates open to the final fan exit.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and entry operations
- Assist with wayfinding and fan engagement throughout the venue
- Support real-time problem solving during live event hours
- Represent X Games as a front-line ambassador to fans, sponsors, and athletes
- Collaborate with a large, cross-functional event operations team
What We're Looking For
- Current students or recent graduates in sport management, hospitality, event management, or a related field
- Strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable with long hours and physically active work
Requirements
- Full availability June 26–28, 2026 (event days)
- Availability for a four-hour on-site prep session on June 25, 2026
