About the Role
This entry-to-mid-level Business Operations Coordinator position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while providing crucial support to our executive team and broader organization. As the Business Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as an essential link between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, helping to maintain smooth daily operations while contributing to various business initiatives.
Example Responsibilities

Executive Support (30%)
- Manage executive calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/vendors
- Assist with office and supply management
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Business Development & Analysis Support (30%)
- Support analysts and business development team on research tasks
- Create professional presentations and visual materials
- Draft, edit, and proofread business documents
- Organize and maintain project documentation
- Represent organization at select industry conferences

Marketing Coordination (15%)
- Help layout email campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data
- Assist with content creation and distribution, including social and web
- Support marketing initiatives as needed

General Business Support (15%)
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
- Assist with internal and client-facing event coordination
- Support team members with administrative needs
- Maintain office inventory

Financial Administration (10%)
- Process expense reports and assist with billing
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with reconciling and preparation of expense summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress; perhaps in Business, Communications, or related field)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic data management capabilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
