Service Solutionist

As a Service Solutionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing service support — owning end-to-end event resolution with urgency, empathy, and professionalism. This is more than answering calls; it's a meaningful role that directly impacts patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service events while meeting SLAs
- Manage the full lifecycle of service tickets from initiation to resolution
- Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation including POs and Field Service Reports
- Triage complex issues and prevent service disruptions
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new team members
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, call center, or service coordination
- Strong multitasker who stays calm and professional under pressure
- Experience with vendor management and service event scheduling is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
