Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative* to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other software platforms such as Microsoft Office
- Process transactions including cash handling when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and analysis purposes
- Support clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs, fostering long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred; prior experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and typing
- Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with call center operations or customer service software is preferred
