The Role:

As a Bilingual Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the happiness and success of both our patients and our team members. Your passion for consistent excellent quality in client experiences combined with your Fluent Spanish skills, will be instrumental in fostering predictable, sustained success.

- Quality Validation

• Customer-facing

- Routine Client Interactions (In-person, text and via phone)

• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Day-to-day hands-on dental treatment assisting and coordinating
• Consistent data collection and analysis (payments, insurance, etc)

- Structured systems application

• Organized system for long-term stability
• Predictable definition of success at individual, team and business-level

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
