As Group Supervisor, you will serve as the primary classroom teacher in our younger toddler room (12–18 months) while overseeing program operations across both the infant and younger toddler classrooms. You'll mentor staff, maintain PA DHS compliance, and model best practices directly with children every day.

  • Certification in First Aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, clear communication skills, and a positive attitude
  • Experience caring for infants and toddlers with an understanding of infant care routines and toddler care best practices
  • Familiarity with early childhood education standards, daycare licensing requirements, and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively, motivating environment
