Advantage Marketing Solutions is growing and we’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position with hands-on training, clear growth opportunities, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with in-person marketing and sales strategy execution
- Represent client brands in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Engage with customers to explain products, promotions, and services
- Meet daily sales goals and track performance metrics

- Learn core strategies in marketing, sales, and client relations
